Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for 90% of orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 6–13 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Delays
Please note that shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PawNova™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PawNova™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
